IS BRITAIN A POLICE STATE?
Since 9-11 there have been a number of law changes in the British legal system,
Firstly the police can now arrest someone for up to one week without pressing charges. trials for these terrorist's are conducted in secret and judgement is passed not by a jury but by a magistrate (judge).
Secondly there is a clear policy in the armed police to shoot first and ask questions later, not only in the menendez shooting but in a bank robbery in Birmingham. And the failed sarin raid which resulted in a muslim being shot.
The establishment seem happy to also sanction raids on numerous site's around the country, with varying results.
Most of the actions are targeted at the muslim community, and calls are made to the moderates to stand up and be counted. Why should they be responsible for the actions of others.
However
There are and have been a number of muslim cleric's preaching terrorism and the destruction of our society. Why should we tolerate these people? Is freedom of speech that sacred it should be completly devoid of all consequence's?
Considering there are also people willing to sucide bomb British civilians, why should we stick to procedures that clearly do not work?
Some muslims call Britain a polie state, but if the threat is mainly from muslim terrorist's, why should we take action against anyone else?
Infact are the human rights of the terrorist's equal to that of the inncoent? Which is the position some take. Why should we value a group containing people willing to kill innocent civilians as much as another that does not?
Would the same people give as much freedom to the IRA?
Seeing as most people think terrorism is an issue due to iraq and afganistan, would stopping the war and sending in our own "freedom terrorist's" be any better?

been ill a bit recently.
after i went to see lee, nitro and helen and jay.
i caught jay's flu, but hey i got a few days off work.
god thing its a 5 pay day month.
got me loan so my credit card is cleared and so is my over draft.
hurrah, lookin for a house for me and my bro to move in lol.
got darren comin round to start work on this cartoon, and meetin my bro at subway. hmmmm sandwhichs mmm meat lol.
anyway i thought i should update i have been away for too long.

well, my bro came round and we ate pizza. played dod and had a few beers.

but other than that its been a quiet week. poor little lee has had 20 pounds deducted fromhis wages, andaccused of stealing. so i guess thats the end of dnd then(the person's house we used to play it in is lee's manager).

From last friday.....
Went to the pub for a few pints with my brother and jewell (bro's mate).
After 3-4 we went to a curry house and had another beer with a huge dinner.
After that we went to kfc and had an avalanche and coffee. We stumbled back to my bro's place and slept the night.
Saturday i met up with my bro after work and watched some films and drank stuff.
Sunday i met up with my mate steve, smoked and watched pool.
So far monday to thursday in weston i have gone to the cafe and greggs a few times, as well as playing dnd drinking vodka and smoking weed. Jay has and is round and we will be getting pizza tonight.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh BIG NEWS BITCH'S! im getting my own forum! because i rule! I have taken over helens old forum! Hurrah!
It wil the place for goodness and warm things thatm are cool. But not lame things that are bad.

Went to the pub last night.
The idea was to work on a cartoon me and my friend want to work on.
But we ended up just chatting crap, and playing pool.
I only had enough money for 2 pints but my firend bought me 5 or 6 and chips and a chicken and mushroom pie.
in the end i stumbled home, and passed out. i felt quite ill this morning but i managed to keep it down. i even forgot to wash my shirt and ended up wearing or new uniform early. it was fun though.
Work was boring but i got to have a relaxing day. which was cool.

Seriously people chaos epoch is realy ill!
He came home from work yesterday after having vomited up mucus and blood.
He also collapsed and passed out. He has been in bed for over 15 hours and has only been up for 30 minutes before falling back asleep.
He feels freezing cold and seems boiling to the touch.
Im writing this as helen is distraught after phoning the hospital, they said it sounded like phnemonia.
At the moment we are waiting for the hospital to ring back after finding an avialable doctor.
all this happening after temmy...... POOR HELEN.

well, my new house mate moved in this week. Seems like a nice guy.
MY brother came round for some takeaway.
and on thursday i went to my local with my new house mate. He is super safe!
we had a few drunks and failed miserably at the new pub quiz!
even stopping off at the tesco express to get a hot chocolate from the coffe nation machine inside.
I was pretty hanging friday morning. Felt a bit worse when a friend of mine rang me, both his aunt and grandmother are in hospital with strokes. He wanted me to come round to help cheer him up. But i couldnt i was alreay on the bus to go to helens.
Lee was ill and boring as he had just bought oblivian and played on that alot. Although he did come back from work early because he threw up and has slept in so far showing no sign of getting up.
At the moment its raining and i dont think i can be arsed to walk threw it to go tm shake shack.
HMMMMMM might just get another bottle of wine and enjoy that.

My mum has gone back to florida da da.
apparently americans, well the younger one's anyway are alot like grown up children, she wants to move bck to the uk now ha ha ha.
well we had fun anyway, eat out for curry, engish pubs a few times, nd i cooked and made sandwhich's too, and drank alottta coffee.

well its been boring, for the last while ive just been sleeping, wanking,working etc.
But finally i got a good weekend, friday from 11am off till monday morning.
On friday i went to bristol, to see my bro. We went to some of his friends house in st pauls. They gave us so much indian food i almost threw up, also had quite a few beers. After we got back to his we went and tried to have a kebab but we couldnt get em down. So we went to a pub instead, after a few more beers we went back to his house and crashed out.
the next day we went to a cafe and then round to see my nepwhews. Man the older was was hyper as hell. He kept jumping on everyone, and kept hitting things with his ballon.
And on top of that he kept shouting and climbimng up on me.
He got so hyper we decided to leave.
And go round brendon's, we chatted for a while and he managed to sort out a smoke. so i got mashed eat scampi and chips and then pizza, whilst watching around the world in 80 days and euro trip.
My bro came round when he finished work and we chatted about bollock for ages. Till eventualy i passed out.
When i woke up i went to the local shop to get munchies, after doing so i smoked a bit more after a cup of coffee. Then i went round my dads for a roast mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm beef!
I craHED OUT ON THE COACH, THEN CAME HOME.
Just smoked some spliff's, then i got bored and updated my lj, and then well i dont know it hasnt happend yet!

Hey the last little time since i updated my live journal have been argh!
basicly work has gone realy well. and my mate derranged has come round nearly everyday with pot. so ive been getting stoned. and with wine! so drunk too. i got vodka so ive gotten realy drunk too!. had a celebration curry, madras and it was great hot n good. a mate of helens came down the other day and they went to a techno rave(he was the dj!). i didnt go cuz my brother came down and we had nacho's cheese rice n chilli. after we had cakes. i drank some vodka and smoked a couple of spliffs and i passed out. today im just chillin, smoked a spliff earlier and now im drinkin a bit of vodka and just listen to a bit of kaiser chiefs n chillin out.

firstly, liz posted on pinks forum confirming that pink has been telling the truth all along. that infact helen did say that she wanted to take it to e-mail and liz refused. so she was not just thrown off without explaination. which she claimed. so she has contradicted herself.
pixxie gave a log to carina, which clearly stated that helen told pixxie that they broke up. in those words, no demotion!
and that pixxie asked helen to lie and not tell cole and liz. to save her face. but hey there we go.
even luni was smarter than this!! he took some effort. he didnt just had this to us on a plate. the only thing that could be more perfect would be if cole gave us his ip address and gave us proof he posted the pictures. but we couldnt hope for that.
any hows i did my first day at mns well first real day. and it was good! lunch was cool. 4 items for 68p. i had 2 potatoe croquettes bacon and mushrooms.

well first things first. still job hunting the total is 16 now. secondly carina carina!. she was down for a week, she was quiet but very cool. had a bit of trouble getting here back because of the bombings. but no harm done. at the mo nitro is down, hes playin vietiful jo or something. either way its a 2-d side scroller(err okay but the master system is realy old, i didnt know they still made games for it!?). he is cool, enough said. winding up smartainia is fun, i think i might actualy get my own section in the idiots talk back section, itll be a major impact if i do. bvut other wise ive been stoned off and on. and off and on. found out id have hit chaos epoch to get thrown out, so i wont have to stop wiping my come on the fridge door. possibly cut out sodimising the cat(here for the smartanians, its not true but thed believe it anyway). um other than that my brother may be made homeless which is lame. well that about as much as is happening in the world of josh!!!!!! go team go.

just a thought. the housing market in the uk is a joke. the old rules of supply and demand have failed.
supply is low and demand is high. this pushes the price of houses through the roof. but this doesnt realy increase the buying power of the owner as any other prospective properties prices have risen to. And its essentialy the estate agents and banks who make money as they get the cuts of the sales and the loans. Not the builders however? they get paid virtualy the same amount of money regardless. So unlike the shoddy cheap high rises and rent council houses, the goverment should build the houses in the same way that private companies do but instead act as the estate agent. Meaning the governemnt could then set the prices of the houses. example. builder currently gets paid 45k for a house that gets sold for say 200k. estate agent takes 5%(approx). Under my scheme builder gets paid 50k gmt takes 30k for running costs of buisness. house is sold for 80k, banks could still lend money so they dont lose the entire buisness. plus the savings to your average person would get passed on to shops where they would buy more cloths/cd's etc so the banks would not lose any money. in fact they may make more as the upturn in other buinesses would lead to more employees being hired and therefore more money. and virtualy everybody banks so they would still get there money. the only losers would be those who have already bought houses. This would have to be dealt with either through the phasing in of this as a scheme or by the saving of a large body of compensation. it wouldnt be easy and although its was and still would be more significant the establishment of the nhs wasnt easy either.

i bought 10 lighters today for 1 pound. its so call now i can burn things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love burning things.
Had a fun day got a key cut today, a costa coffee. got stuffed at tesco and bought a make poverty history wrist band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i have a new job workin in a club. well a few. workin again tonight. its cool 5 an hour to serve drinks. man im lookin for weed, cant wait BOOZE AND WANKING CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH. other than tHAT HELENS BITCH OF AN EX friend the so called queen of worle. grr she is so thick, ive met planks of wood with a higher iq. Ive noticed she pretty much contradicts her self every other sentance. oh well no point crying over a fat bitch.
